One thing I noticed in
Stuttgart was how the city is mixt, in term of culture or architecture. Cause
as there is the new face of Stuttgart, represented by the new Porsche’s museum
or the Mercedes’s one, the airport… there is the old face too, the entire
center of Stuttgart are composed of old housing, there is no Skyscraper even
not a building with more than 5 or 6 floors. That pretty incredible to find a
city developed and modern as Stuttgart with no big business quarter, as the
Defence in Paris. Another think which touch me was the huge Porsche’s museum
which have an incredible architecture, I find the exterior of this museum
incredibly strange and even a bit ugly, but the indoor was just incredible and
made me love it! All these lines fleeing, nothing was flat, there was a total
unconformity in this structure and as we were in it we just feel that was not a
real architect’s building but more an architect’s dream.
And as the visit was cool,
everything in the city was cool. People are awesome they all smiling and are
happy to discuss with you, the youth hostel was incredibly great and the view
from that hostel was just awesome.
So I suppose I do not have a
lot of others thinks to say, excepted thanks you and “Hope to see you soon again
Stuttgart”!
