Stuttgart's Memory

A High factory

During the four days in Germany, the best was the visit of Mercedes’s factory. It was a great opportunity because it’s not open to public visitors. Unfortunately we can’t take any pictures to respect the security process. We saw how the car’s pieces are put together. It was amazing to see all the robots dancing in harmony, without any false move. It is very difficult because the engineers who program the engines have to create long code line to prevent any collisions. And the robots are so close to each other. This tour was interesting because we saw all the security around the high-technologies. For example, in the crash test room, we can push a bouton and we saw a robot drawing a car in a white board. But as soon as we cross the security line, the robot stop in order to protect us. Despite, we saw the human chain where they joining the lasts pieces and check if all was fine. At the end of the visit we saw the last Mercedes class I (I am not sure about the name). All the cars was beautiful but this model was just awesome, it have a lot of details but looks so simply, I was amazed!
Moreover the fact that we saw the Mercedes Museums was very interesting because we saw car’s evolution with all the Mercedes created since the beginning when it was already call Daimler. The inside was organised by facts history and it was simpler to referee us in history.  The architecture was very original but Porsche Museum’s architecture was more. And in the insides was attractive.
